Tortillas coming of griddle!
Not many people are lucky enough to grow up with a mother that actually made tortillas
outside on the griddle like my grandmother did. Mesquite burning wood for extra heat and flavor. The aroma
was to die for and the flavor was out of this world. This is the real thing. Today if you know where
to go, you can find some good tortillas but you may have to work at it. Supper market tortillas are alright but
if you can find a Mexican market in your area you will like them much better. Look around!
